Resolve To Change The World

Wishing everyone a safe and jubilant new year!
In 2008 we, EVERYONE, MUST stand up and
make our voices heard. We can no longer just
sit by and expect change to happen without
our help.

WE MUST NOT ASK FOR PEACE...

WE MUST DEMAND IT!

Make your voice heard in 2008, make a difference.

Violence and Murder is NOT the Answer.

``I didn't choose this life, it chose me,''
Bhutto wrote in the preface to the second edition of her autobiography,
Daughter of the East, in April 2007.
"Born in Pakistan, my life mirrors its turbulence, its tragedies and its triumphs. Pakistan is no ordinary country.
And mine has been no ordinary life.''

Benazir Bhutto was assassinated Thursday(December 27th)
in a suicide attack that also
killed at least 20 others.

My Little Brother Does Amsterdam: Finale'

OK, OK already....geez! Sorry this final posting has taken so gosh dang long, it's the holiday season in case you don't know.

Patrick is now home, as of 12/8, and we had a poker party the first evening he was back-so we could take advantage of his jet lag(it worked by the way-sorry Patrick.) He spent his final days biking around the city and taking a last day trip, by train, to the small city of Groningen. Patrick found the city enthralling and beautiful, he described it as "the city of beautiful women." Besides the beautiful women, he also spent a lot of time looking at amazing art at the Groninger Museum and roaming the streets seeing the sights.

He also managed to send back a TON of pictures in the last couple days, that is also a contributing factor in my delay getting this post done. All and all I think he greatly enjoyed his time in the Netherlands and will likely return again very soon.
